ORLANDO, Fla. (April 19, 2012) — ABD Development Company has three new luxury model homes under construction at Heritage Green in Providence, the golf course community ABD is developing south of Orlando off US 17-92, near Disney. In addition, ABD has started construction of two luxury model homes at Toscana, the gated community ABD is building off I-95 and Old Kings Road in Palm Coast.

David Kohn, founder of ABD Development Company, said one of the model homes in Heritage Green under construction, the award winning Wyndham model home which features four bedrooms in 2,700 square feet of living space, has already been sold. The other two new homes in Orlando under construction, the Courtyard and Portofino models, also feature four bedrooms and all are priced starting from the mid $300s. The new homes in Palm Coast under construction are the Courtyard and Manchester models, which feature 2,600 square feet and 3,510 square feet of living space respectively.

The new homes could be completed as early as late summer.
