(March 24, 2015) — The Flagler Home Builders Association recognized ABD Development with the Award of Excellence this year at the 21st Annual Flagler Parade of Homes banquet on March 19th. ABD joins other builders and real estate professionals as the area enjoys its yearly tour of special Flagler County, Florida homes and communities in the upcoming week.
This year ABD chose to present the newest addition to its Courtyard model line: the Courtyard IV one story lakefront home with four bedrooms, three and one half baths, a two car garage, and all the beautiful details for which these homes in Palm Coast are known. Also featuring a pool and spa with glass tile accents in the serene courtyard area, this home already has a sale pending but it is open for viewing during the event March 21st-29th.
