PALM COAST, Fla. (March 9, 2009) — ABD Development Company, which is developing the Toscana luxury community on Old King’s Road in Palm Coast, recently won a Parade of Homes Award for its Manchester model home at Toscana.

David Kohn, founder of ABD Development Company, said the two-story Manchester model home is the largest home ABD is building at Toscana.

The 5,200 square foot luxury home offers five bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage.

Judges from the Flagler County Parade of Homes recently announced the award.
