(July 21, 2008) — ABD Development Company is showcasing three professionally decorated luxury model homes and five ready-to-move-in homes at Heritage Green at Providence Golf and Country Club, the gated country club community located off Ronald Reagan Pkwy (U.S 17-92) and CR 54 in the Loughman-Davenport area of Polk County.

Custom villa homes at Lakeside Villas range in size from 2,300 square feet to 3,000 square feet. Four of the model villa homes are professionally decorated and open to the public daily, Kohn added.

Providence Golf and Country Club features more than 2,200 acres with conservation area and green spaces equaling more than half of the community, along with an 18-hole championship golf course and golf clubhouse, a 2,000 square foot community center with a fitness facility, community aquatics center and lighted tennis courts. ABD will open a new children’s playground at Providence within the next few weeks.
