Davenport, Fla. (October 1, 2019) — In just a short few years after ABD Development broke ground on Sherbrook Springs, this Parade of Homes award-winning golf cottage neighborhood within Providence Golf Club Community has officially sold out. ABD Development Company, developer of Providence, announced this week that home sites and inventory homes are no longer available for sale in Sherbrook Springs.
“Sherbrook Springs was a very clear success story from the start,” says Yuval Botansky, President of ABD Development. “Our market were smart buyers who wanted the same high quality of home designs we build in Heritage Green at Providence, but with a smaller square footage. We offered these golf cottage models with views of the Providence golf course at a price that was far below what was typical for the Orlando area, a region that has some of the most sought after real estate in Florida.”
The home models by ABD Development Company were very popular among buyers and were recognized with numerous awards during Parade of Homes competitions.
It should be noted that there are still golf front and conservation lots available in Heritage Green, and ABD Development is offering new plans for home buyers who have smaller budgets. There are only 40 lots available for building at this time from ABD in Providence and the sold out status of Sherbrook Springs is expected to accelerate interest in the remaining available opportunities for home ownership in Heritage Green.
The location of Providence in Davenport, just southwest of Orlando, continues to grow with new infrastructure and resources for residents enjoying the Central Florida lifestyle. Numerous spec homes are under construction or planned for building soon with ample time for choosing finishes. This includes several custom versions of ABD’s signature Courtyard model, which will include pools and be priced from $535K to $585K.
Providence Golf Club Community is known for having some of the lowest HOA fees in the marketplace, with no CDD fees and many more of the amenities than you would expect for the price including a 24 hour manned gate house, active clubhouse, two pools, lighted tennis courts, trails for walking/biking, and fitness center. The independently run Providence Golf Club is recognized for its champion golf course, world class cuisine, and elegant events.
