ABD Development Takes Home Awards at Both Flagler and Orlando Parade of Homes for 2013

DAVENPORT, Fla. (May 21, 2013) — This year is proving to be a stellar one for Central Florida’s ABD Development as it wins top awards at both the Flagler County and Orlando Parade of Homes competitions. The Flagler event, which was organized by the Palm Coast area Home Builders Association, recognized ABD Development with the Award of Excellence for the Courtyard II model at Toscana. Shortly thereafter, the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando awarded ABD both First Place and the Grand Award for the Providence Community, as well as First Place in the Custom Home Showcase for the Wyndham V model in Heritage Green at Providence.

DAVENPORT, Fla. (May 21, 2013) — This year is proving to be a stellar one for Central Florida’s ABD Development as it wins top awards at both the Flagler County and Orlando Parade of Homes competitions. The Flagler event, which was organized by the Palm Coast area Home Builders Association, recognized ABD Development with the Award of Excellence for the Courtyard II model at Toscana. Shortly thereafter, the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando awarded ABD both First Place and the Grand Award for the Providence Community, as well as First Place in the Custom Home Showcase for the Wyndham V model in Heritage Green at Providence.

“ABD has been developing real estate in Central Florida since 1991 and we won our first Parade of Homes awards just a few years after inception,” states Yuval Botansky, President of ABD Development. “We appreciate the gracious support of the home builders’ organizations and real estate professionals in the Orlando and Flagler areas, which we have selectively chosen for our communities. Our company plans to expand along with the industry as signs of positive growth continue to materialize in real estate.”

In the city of Palm Coast on the northern Atlantic coast of Florida, ABD’s Flagler Parade of Homes winner was the two story Mediterranean style model, the Courtyard II Executive home. Custom built with a stunning pool in the luxury gated community of Toscana, this Courtyard was recognized with the Award of Excellence for home design. “The Courtyard series of homes have consistently won outstanding awards for the unique, functional design and use of space,” says Botansky.

Also built to thrill with a natural stone pool with spa and a lake view, the Wyndham V Executive Model in Providence garnered the First Place Award at the Orlando Parade of Homes in the under $700,000 custom home category. This was a noted accomplishment for ABD Development in addition to winning both First Place and the Grand Award for the Providence community itself this year, as well as having won those community development awards at the Orlando Parade of Homes last year as well.
