Davenport, Fla. (June 28, 2018) — On the heels of news that an ABD Development custom Courtyard in Toscana Palm Coast won First Place Realtors Choice and the Award of Excellence at the Flagler Parade of Homes, ABD has been recognized yet again with two more trophies at the Orlando Parade of Homes for models in its Providence Golf Club Community. The Greater Orlando Builders Association held its awards banquet on June 8th at the spectacular Full Sail Live venue and the Providence sales team was there to celebrate together and receive the prizes of First Place for the Courtyard model and the Award of Merit for the Sherbrook model.
“Our triumphs are always a total team effort from ABD, and we could not be more proud this year,” said Yuval Botansky, President of the Central Florida based builder and community developer, which has been winning awards at the Parade of Homes since 1993. “We currently have approximately 60 new homes under construction or in the permitting phase, with about 30 of those in Providence. We have some move-in ready homes available now and a limited number of premium and regular lots for custom building in our communities. Each month, sales data shows home prices in the Orlando area steadily climbing, with forecasts predicting this rise to continue well into the future.”
Sections for the second phase of Providence are being developed now and these new neighborhoods with luxury homes by nationally known builders will have houses at higher price points and views of the back nine holes of the Providence Golf Course. In the mean time, new homes in Sherbrook Springs and Heritage Green at Providence are in high demand, especially now after the two new awards were announced. Now is the time to secure your retirement home, second home for holidays and vacationing, or investment property in Florida. ABD offers custom golf cottage models built on the independently run Providence Golf Course at a price that is far below what is typical for luxury homes such as these.
