The Flagler Parade of Homes, a yearly event organized by the Flagler Home Builders Association, will be held March 20-28, 2021 and will include new home models in Palm Coast and Flagler Beach.  ABD Development Company’s Courtyard custom floor plan in Toscana gated Mediterranean-style community won the Grand Award at the Flagler Parade of Homes in 2020.
