During these unprecedented times, health continues to be a priority for all. As we all remain vigilant and take precautions to stay healthy within our community gates, it is with great pleasure we announce that a new medical facility is being built just a few minutes from the Providence Golf Club Community.
On April 30, 2019, Orlando Health purchased 28 acres in Osceola County to build a brand new hospital near Walt Disney World.
The new hospital will be located at the Osceola Polk Line Road on the eastern side of I-4 near Championsgate.
With a new hospital on the way, approximately 2,000 more jobs will be available for healthcare workers to the southwestern region of Orlando and the city of Davenport.
Alongside Orlando Health’s newest development, Reunion Village will be a retail center neighboring the hospital with shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and more.
Orlando Health and Reunion Village will be seven miles from Providence, making it a quick, convenient drive to the hospital and shopping center.
Davenport is growing every day with new establishments rising from the ground up, as well as newly constructed homes within the community.
With new businesses opening near Providence, residents and guests will benefit from the new services that are only short drives away from home.
Providence Golf Club Community is also growing with the development of Phase Two, part of a masterplan of providing 4,000 homes in the gated community.
Providence features an 18-hole championship golf course, a clubhouse with a restaurant and pro-shop, two swimming pools, a brand new Fitness center, a children’s playground, and a dog park. The community also has low HOA costs and no CDD fees.

There is no set date just yet on when the Orlando Health hospital or the Reunion Village shopping center will be opening.
