Palm Coast, Fla. (April 10, 2019) — The exceptionally designed custom Courtyard in Toscana Palm Coast by ABD Development Company won the Award of Excellence at the Flagler Parade of Homes this year.  The event by the Flagler Home Builders Association was held at the end of March and this is the second year in a row the home was honored with this special distinction.  

ABD will also have models entered in the Orlando Parade of Homes coming up this May, models for which the Central Florida developer won awards last year as well. 

Last year, the Greater Orlando Builders Association awarded ABD the prizes of First Place for the Courtyard model and the Award of Merit for the Sherbrook model in Providence Golf Club Community, just southwest of Orlando in Polk County, Florida.  The Orlando Parade of Homes will be held May 4-12 and these luxury models with golf course views are in the running for recognition once again.

“The Parade of Homes season is always exciting in our communities and this year is no exception,” said Yuval Botansky, President of the Central Florida based builder and developer.  “Our first Parade of Homes award was for First Place in 1993 and for over 25 years since we have continued to put our best models on display and welcome the public to experience the ABD difference firsthand.”

Move-in ready inventory homes are eligible for a $5,000 closing cost credit on full price contracts during the month of April.
