This incentive applies to four move-in ready homes in Sherbrook Springs at Providence (priced from $280-$300k), three move-in ready golf course front homes in Heritage Green at Providence (various price points), and only one home left in Windsor Landing at Wyndham Lakes Estates ($395k).
