The Parade of Homes 2023 spring season has begun on a high note for ABD Development Company, which entered its custom Courtyard model in the Flagler event.
The Flagler Parade of Homes, held by the Flagler Home Builders Association each year, is currently being enjoyed by participants and visitors since it began on April 22nd. ABD Development Company’s Courtyard custom model in Toscana gated Mediterranean-style community has received the Grand Award for 2023 and the model and community are open to the public as part of the event tour, which officially ends April 30th.
ABD is a highly regarded Orlando-based development company that won its first Parade of Homes trophy in 1993. The community developer and custom home builder also acquired its first Flagler Parade of Homes award in 2008 when Toscana began selling large home sites for homes of expansive square footage in Palm Coast, Florida.
This luxury floor plan with pool and spa, custom upgrades and incredible design details, was bestowed the Grand Award for ABD this year.
The winning Courtyard model with elegant pool and spa design was perfectly designed with four bedrooms and three and one half baths in addition to an abundance of upgrades and upscale details. “We have recently unveiled new versions of the custom Courtyard floor plan including a three bedroom option and a Courtyard with a cabana in place of the pool house,” stated Yuval Botansky, President of ABD. “Currently, we have a variety of spec homes under construction in our communities with time for buyers to select finishes.”
